This Privacy Policy explains how MonetizeKit LLC (“we”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the MonetizeKit platform (the “Service”).

Account information (name, email), workspace and catalog configuration, billing details processed by our payment provider, product usage, and technical logs necessary to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, enforce entitlements and usage limits, communicate service and billing notices, and maintain security and audit trails.

3. Subprocessors

We use the following subprocessors to deliver the Service:

4. Data Retention

We retain raw usage and evaluation records for a limited window (typically 90 days) with longer retention for aggregated and audit records, consistent with operational and legal requirements. Workspace administrators can configure audit-log retention.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Deleting your account triggers cleanup of your workspace memberships and associated billing state.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed credentials, encrypted secrets, scoped API keys, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our subprocessors operate.

8. Cookies & Analytics

Our marketing website uses strictly necessary cookies to function and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics and PostHog) to measure aggregate usage. Analytics scripts do not load until you opt in, and you can review or change your choices at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the site footer. In the authenticated dashboard we collect product-analytics telemetry keyed to an internal user identifier only — never your email, other contact details, or API key material — as described in our Terms of Service.
