These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MonetizeKit platform and related services (the “Service”) provided by MonetizeKit LLC (“we”, “us”, or “MonetizeKit LLC”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Plan changes take effect with prorated charges for the current period. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

3. Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Where a refund or chargeback is issued, access to paid features and any unused granted credits may be revoked immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, reverse engineer non-public components, or use the Service to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonetizeKit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

8. Analytics, Telemetry & Cookies

We collect product-analytics telemetry in the authenticated MonetizeKitdashboard to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. Event telemetry is keyed to an internal user identifier only — we do not include your email address or other personal contact details, and never any API key material, in analytics event properties. Aggregate usage measurement helps us improve activation, reliability, and features.

On our marketing website, analytics cookies load only after you grant consent. You can review, change, or withdraw your choices at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the site footer. Strictly necessary cookies (such as your secure session and your saved cookie choices) are always active because the Service cannot function without them.
